Medicare, explained by a real person, not a mail pile.
Medicare guidance is the starting point for almost everyone who works with us. It's a sit-down, plain-English walkthrough of how Medicare actually works, what your timeline looks like, and what your real options are, before you have to decide anything.
What it is
Original Medicare has two parts: Part A, which covers hospital stays, and Part B, which covers doctor visits and outpatient care. On their own, they leave gaps, in cost-sharing, in prescriptions, in extras like dental and vision. Guidance is where we walk through those gaps with you and explain, in your words, what they mean for your situation.
This isn't a sales call. It's the same conversation we'd have with our own parents: what Medicare covers, what it doesn't, when you need to act, and what happens if you wait. Once you understand the landscape, choosing a plan gets a lot less stressful.
Most people come to us with a specific worry, a letter that didn't make sense, a birthday coming up, a parent who needs help. We start wherever you are and build the picture from there.
Who this fits
- You're turning 65 in the next few months
- You're already on Medicare but never had it explained clearly
- You're helping a parent or spouse sort through their options
- You got a mailer or a call and don't know if it's real
What we do for you
Listen first
We start with your doctors, your prescriptions, your budget, and your timeline. Everything after this comes from what you tell us, not a script.
Explain how Medicare fits together
Part A, Part B, Advantage, Supplement, Part D. We lay out how the pieces connect so the rest of the decision makes sense.
Compare your real options
We put the plans that actually apply to your situation side by side, in plain terms, so you can see the tradeoffs clearly.
Handle the enrollment paperwork
Once you've decided, we walk through enrollment with you and make sure it's submitted correctly and on time.
Stay available after you enroll
If a bill looks wrong, a prescription isn't covered, or your plan changes next year, you call us, not an 800 number.
Let's start with your questions, not a pitch.
Bring whatever you have, a letter, a list of medications, or just your questions. We'll sit down and figure out where you actually stand.
