Where MC Insurance started
Michele Campbell started the agency in 2008 from a home office in Morgan Hill while raising her two kids. What began as Michele Campbell Insurance Services grew, client by client and carrier by carrier, into the ten-person team MC Insurance is today, still rooted in the same Northern California community.
Eighteen years in one market builds something a call center cannot. Michele earned her reputation across Northern California the slow way, through the relationships she keeps with carriers, medical groups and financial planners, and that is still how the agency works.
Being family-owned means no corporate call center sits between you and the person helping you. Call, and you talk to someone who knows your file, not whoever picks up next. We serve Morgan Hill and the counties around it the way we would want a neighbor treated: honestly, patiently, and without a sales quota hanging over the conversation.
