Become an Agent

Build your own book, with people who have done it.

MC Insurance recruits independent agents who want to run their own business, not fill a seat. You own what you build. What we add is the carrier access, the training and the support that usually take years to assemble alone.

What you get

Independent does not have to mean alone.

Quoting Tools & Resources

Access to Connecture and MyQuote for quoting, dozens of resources designed to support new & veteran agents, as well as CRM discounts and training.

Weekly Group Webinar Trainings

Through experience and feedback, we host weekly webinars outside of AEP, alongside our national FMO who has learning channels, a podcast, and regular live webinars.

In Person Retreats & Events

As an MC Agent, you are invited to join us at our two annual events for our agents. One is our Annual Planning Workshop/Retreat at the beginning of the year, and the second is our AEP Kick Off, where we go over any and all changes for the year following.

Collaboration & Support

We believe we are better together. Our team rallies behind each other weekly on our virtual office chats and trainings, as well as hosting events together, and coming together twice a year at our events.

Who this actually suits

The agents who do well here tend to be the ones who like people and are willing to learn the product properly. Insurance experience helps and is not required. Patience with older clients and a straight answer when a plan does not fit are worth more.

It suits you less if you want a salary and a set schedule. This is your business. The trade is real independence for real responsibility, and we would rather say that up front than have you find out in month three.

MC Insurance Services is licensed across much of the country, including California, Kansas, and Missouri, with offices in Morgan Hill, California and Olathe, Kansas. Agency License #0K19088.

Curious? Just ask.

No pitch and no pressure. A conversation about what the work looks like, and you decide from there. Email contracting@mcinsurance.com or call and say you are asking about becoming an agent.
