Hi there! I'm passionate about one simple principle: treating our customers exactly how I'd want to be treated myself. The Golden Rule isn't just a saying for me—it's how I run my business every day. And you know what? It works! Our clients' wonderful feedback and steady stream of referrals tell me we're doing something right.

Back in 2006, I took a leap of faith and became an Independent Agent. This means I work for YOU, not the insurance companies. I represent all the major nationwide carriers plus regional ones that offer Medicare plans. With my HR benefits background and over 40 years in insurance, I've become a "walking encyclopedia" on Medicare!

What truly drives me is connecting with people and helping them navigate the often confusing world of insurance. Over the years, my team and I have built a community of more than 3,200 clients! We've grown to include five dedicated employees and a network of 50 agents who I mentor and support. Sharing what I've learned and watching others succeed brings me so much joy.

My team and I have become specialists in giving Medicare webinars to medical groups, as well as coordinating Group Medicare options to local businesses. We work alongside HR departments, group brokers, and financial professionals to help their clients find the right Medicare plans—often saving everyone money in the process! 

When I'm not talking insurance, I'm deeply involved in my community as a proud Rotarian and member of the Gilroy Chamber (where I served on the board for seven years and was Board Chair in 2018). I've also been on the Gilroy Downtown Business Association Board for eight years.

At home, I'm mom to two wonderful adult children—including my daughter Majesta Patterson who works with me (talk about a dream come true!)—and "Nana" to two adorable grandchildren with a third on the way! In my free time, you'll find me traveling to new places, creating acrylic paintings, or in my garden growing my family heirloom oxheart tomatoes.
